HOSTEL LAGUNA SALA BY FSL<\/strong><\/p>

  1. PURPOSE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    Under this contract, the Accommodation and Lodging Establishment HOSTEL LAGUNA SALA BY FSL<\/strong> (hereinafter, THE HOST<\/strong>) will provide accommodation services to the GUEST<\/strong> in the assigned room and\/or dormitory, in exchange for a price and for the number of days indicated on the Accommodation Registration Card, page, Voucher, or any other means by which the reservation is made<\/em>. In no case shall the period of stay exceed thirty (30) consecutive days. <\/p>

    • 1.1. Room Assignment:<\/strong> The room will be as indicated on the Accommodation Registration Card, page, or Voucher. THE HOST<\/strong> may change the room if the GUEST<\/strong> accepts and it is a room of equal or better conditions, or in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure.<\/li>
    • 1.2. Times (Check-in<\/em> \/ Check-out<\/em>):<\/strong> Check-in<\/em> time is from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out<\/em> time is until 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability, and the GUEST<\/strong> must pay the corresponding fee indicated at the hostel reception. <\/li>
    • 1.3. Independence of Use Time:<\/strong> Accommodation will be provided regardless of the actual time the GUEST<\/strong> remains in the room. Partial use of the room will incur payment of the full rate. <\/li>
    • 1.4. Service Availability:<\/strong> The provision of the services subject to the contract, as well as any complementary services offered by the Hostel<\/em>, will be subject to availability and to the schedules, shifts, or physical stock of supplies, goods, facilities, or spaces designated for them. The room and\/or dormitory and the price or rate per night will be those indicated on the Accommodation Registration Card corresponding to the reservation. <\/li><\/ul>
      1. PRICE<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
        • 2.1. Accommodation Fee:<\/strong> The price of this contract corresponds to the nightly fee that the GUEST<\/strong> is obliged to pay, which amounts to the sum indicated on the Accommodation Registration Card, page, or Voucher corresponding to the reservation made. All of the above will be described on the corresponding invoice, unless the reservation was made and paid through an online travel agency (OTA), in which case the rate will be as agreed directly with said agency. <\/li>
        • 2.2. Additional Charges:<\/strong> The GUEST<\/strong> must also pay all charges for food, beverages, laundry, and, in general, for all consumption generated during their stay that they choose to charge to their account.<\/li>
        • 2.3. Knowledge of Rates:<\/strong> The GUEST<\/strong> declares that they have been duly informed of the rates, fees, and, in general, the prices of the rooms per night.<\/li>
        • 2.4. Payment Default:<\/strong> Failure to make the agreed payment will result in the GUEST<\/strong> being charged late interest at the maximum legal rate allowed.<\/li><\/ul>
          1. OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            3.1. Of THE HOSTEL<\/strong><\/p>

            • 3.1.1.<\/strong> Provide the service subject to this contract.<\/li>
            • 3.1.2.<\/strong> Attend to, receive, process, and respond to suggestions, complaints, or claims submitted by the GUEST<\/strong>.<\/li>
            • 3.1.3.<\/strong> In accordance with Article 1195 of the Commercial Code, the HOSTEL<\/strong> will be obliged to safeguard money and objects that, at the request of the GUEST<\/strong>, are handed over for safekeeping. The establishment may only refuse to receive them if they are objects of high value or excessively bulky. <\/li><\/ul>

              3.2. Of THE GUEST<\/strong><\/p>

              • 3.2.1. Identification:<\/strong> Properly identify themselves to register at the HOSTEL<\/strong> with a suitable identification document, presenting their citizenship card if Colombian, or their passport or applicable document if foreign. For minors, the identification document proving kinship with the service contracting person and\/or the authorization duly signed by the minor’s parents must be presented. <\/li>
              • 3.2.2. Payment for Accommodation:<\/strong> Pay the accommodation fee plus corresponding taxes.<\/li>
              • 3.2.3. Payment for Consumption:<\/strong> Pay the value of all consumption and extra charges made to their account.<\/li>
              • 3.2.4. Behavior:<\/strong> Maintain decorous, respectful conduct and dress appropriately within the facilities.<\/li>
              • 3.2.5. Civil Liability:<\/strong> Be liable for even slight negligence in their obligations and those of their companions or guests.<\/li>
              • 3.2.6. Visitor Registration:<\/strong> Register all companions or guests visiting their room at the HOSTEL<\/strong> reception and pay the corresponding fee or value for each of them.<\/li>
              • 3.2.7. Occupancy Limit:<\/strong> Respect the maximum number of people allowed per room.<\/li>
              • 3.2.8. Exemption for Risky Activities:<\/strong> The GUEST<\/strong> acknowledges that the practice of sports, physical exercises, use of instruments or tools, and, in general, any activity that entails a risk or may be considered dangerous, will be their decision under their exclusive responsibility. This implies that the GUEST<\/strong> has the skills and knowledge that allow them to assume such risks, exempting the HOSTEL<\/strong> and its officials or employees from any responsibility in case of suffering harm or injury. <\/li>
              • 3.2.9. Care of Establishment Property:<\/strong> Use the furniture, fixtures, equipment, and, in general, the facilities of both the room and the HOSTEL<\/strong> appropriately, keeping them in their existing condition. Therefore, they will be liable for even slight negligence for any damage or loss of the establishment’s items and property. In case of loss, total or partial damage attributable to the GUEST<\/strong> or their companions, they must pay the corresponding price for its repair or replacement, as the case may be. <\/li>
              • 3.2.10. Respect for Authority:<\/strong> Respect the authority of the Manager and administrators of the HOSTEL<\/strong>.<\/li>
              • 3.2.11. Inspection and Surveillance:<\/strong> Allow the right of inspection and\/or surveillance of the room by HOSTEL<\/strong> staff. This right will be exercised reasonably and includes the faculty to enter or search the room when, in the judgment of the HOSTEL<\/strong> Manager, it is strictly necessary or urgent. <\/li>
              • 3.2.12. Staff Access:<\/strong> Allow HOSTEL<\/strong> employees and staff access for routine cleaning and maintenance of the room.<\/li>
              • 3.2.13. Custody of Belongings and Lockers:<\/strong> It is the GUEST<\/strong>‘s duty to safeguard their personal belongings. In shared rooms, the GUEST<\/strong> must store their valuables in the assigned drawer (locker<\/em>) for their bed, using their own padlock. The HOSTEL<\/strong> is not responsible for the loss, misplacement, or theft of belongings in shared rooms or common areas due to the guest’s own carelessness or failure to use the provided security drawers. Likewise, the establishment is not responsible for food or beverages left in common areas, refrigerators, or shelves. If the GUEST<\/strong> checks out<\/em> and leaves behind any food, beverage, or belonging, they authorize the HOSTEL<\/strong> administration to dispose of these items without any claim.<\/li><\/ul>
                1. CONTRACT TERMINATION<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  The accommodation contract will terminate due to the following events:<\/p>
